Right of withdrawal

Applicability notice: Our offer is directed exclusively at business users within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code) — see § 1(3) of the General Terms of Use — who have no statutory right of withdrawal. The following notice therefore only applies to the — under our positioning rare — case that, contrary to our intended audience, a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB nonetheless became a contracting party.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded (purchase confirmation).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or via the withdrawal function in your purchase history at stundenplan-berechnen.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract — subject to the rule in the following section for tokens already used. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement.

Special notice on use before the withdrawal period ends

Performance does not begin already with the purchase or the provisioning of tokens to your account, but only with their actual use (i.e. triggering a solve based on them). If, during checkout, you expressly requested that we begin performance before the withdrawal period ends, the following applies upon a later withdrawal: for tokens already used by that point, you owe us compensation in value (Wertersatz) equal to the proportion those used tokens represent of the total tokens purchased in this purchase; only the remaining, unused portion of the purchase price will be refunded to you (§ 357(8) of the German Civil Code, BGB). If you did not expressly request such early commencement, your right of withdrawal remains unaffected, and we will refund the full purchase price to you regardless of any use in the meantime.

Voluntary returns for business customers (goodwill)

This section is not part of the statutory notice above.

To business users within the meaning of § 14 BGB — our actual audience, who have no statutory right of withdrawal — we grant the same return option voluntarily: you may return a token purchase within fourteen days of the purchase confirmation via the withdrawal function in your purchase history. Tokens already used are set off pro rata; the unused portion of the purchase price is refunded — using the same calculation as in the section "Special notice on use before the withdrawal period ends".

This is a voluntary accommodation, not a statutory right of withdrawal: it creates no legal entitlement, and we may change or discontinue it for future purchases at any time. For a purchase already concluded, the version of this text published at the time of that purchase applies.
